Water Exercise and Dance have always been apart of Laurie's Life, her reasons for partaking in such a physical life style has mainly been for the physical challenges it has brought, and for the Emotional, Stress Releiving effects Dance and Water Exercise has on a person.
This has grown into a lifelong passion and career and a way of life.
And so too Classes are not just physically challenging but both mentally engaging and stress relieving.
Laurie's foundations of both Water Exercise and Dance is based on Correct Scientific Human Movement Principles.
