Figure 8 is based on Dynamic Core Cardio Training. This is a new kind of cardio training with an innovative approach that makes use of your own body's natural movement patterns with a series of three dimensional exercises that keep you in a perfect cardio zone while simultaneously firing all your important core muscles; Transverse Abdominis, Rectus Abdominis, Internal Oblique, External Oblique and your back.
