ADULTS STRETCH & TONE DANCE CLASS
In this class we increase in flexibility and strength through holding beautiful dance poses for up to 1 minutes. We also do intense core strength training, and leg work through movements which resemble Pilates but are much more Dance Orientated. giving much more of a Vocabulary of Different Movements.
in this class because it is for Adults we do take into account age and health concerns,
We therefore have different levels classes
Mondays 6 - 7 Pm Beginners - Intermediate
Saturday 10 - 11 am Beginners - Intermediate

ADULTS HIP HOP DANCE CLASS

HIP HOP DANCE CLASS FOR ADULTS
In this class you will learn Hip Hop Dance Moves.
You will learn it at a moderate pace so in order to learn the moves comfortably and to look good, the workout gets your heart rate and a level for your body to burn fat.
Because we are a dance studio our aim is for you to learn to dance but have fun whilst learning. To gain some dane skills and to burn fat. Most Gym Facilities kill you with Cardio and Fast Movements in this class we maintain a Moderate Rate Tempo basicall 60 percent of your maximum heart rate. as our goal is to acquire some skills in Dancing.

SENIORS DANCE BODY CONDITIONING ON A CHAIR
This class is for those with mobility issues and seniors.
The chair allows for the client to better position himself or herself to keep better posture and to make it easier for those with mobility issues to move in and out of pose, the class is very similar to the Adults Body Conditioning Class for Adults however the class content is suited for exercises and poses on the chair. This class includes stretching and opening up the postural muscles for better posture, core exercises and leg exercises whilst on the chair it is taught from a dance perspective in that the strengthening elements have a Creative and Pretty undertone this keeps clients mentally engaged and having fun and a workout that they dont get bored doing and turn it into a lifestyle change of daily and weekly exercise.
